Since the leaves have turned and are slowing falling, it was time for our annual fall pictures at Gigi and Pepa's house. They have a huge maple tree in their front yard. Each year the colors on this tree are absolutely beautiful. This year, because of the weather, the colors weren't quite as vibrant as usual. But, the colors didn't matter to Ashlynn and Eli. They both enjoyed playing in the leaves. Ashlynn loved getting buried by the leaves. Eli's favorite thing was to pick up a leaf, throw it, and watch it fall. Eli was not very thrilled about sitting in the leaves. He wanted to run. So, my plan of getting a cute picture of both kids in the leaves did not work out. Needless to say, we still had a good time together, and that is what is most important!

Great pictures of the children in the leaves. That Eli looks so big and like a little man. Too bad he has springs on his "behind" and won't sit still for pictures. Sometimes, a picture-not posed-is the best kind.
I just love these pictures of the kids. They turned out great!
I wish there were trees out here.
:( The closest thing to trees we have are bushes!
