Eli has enjoyed going to Awana Cubbies all year long. This past week, he was so excited to talk about what they had done. The class had a "campout." He enjoyed sitting in a tent during storytime. (They even turned out the lights and used flashlights. He thought that was the best part. I know, because I heard about it 50 times!) They had s'mores for snack time, and they played outside on the "special Playground." For craft time, they made binoculars to use during the adventure. Eli has enjoyed using his toilet paper tube binoculars all around the house!
