Tonight on the way to Awana's, it started snowing. We knew it was coming, but didn't think much of it. We couldn't get too excited until we actually saw something happen. We hardly ever see snow, so even a little gets us excited! Between the time we dropped Ashlynn off until we picked her back up, the snow fell! When she came out to the car she couldn't believe her eyes. The first thing she asked me was, "Can I eat it, Mom?" We drove home and bundled up to play outside before bedtime. Eli has never played in the snow before, so he really didn't know what to think. He ended up running through it giggling. Ashlynn made a snow angel, threw snow balls, and made hand and foot prints. We had a lot of fun watching them enjoy the snow. When they went to bed Ashlynn said, "Mom, can we tell God thank you for the snow!" It was absolutely precious! What a fun night we had together.

It looks like you and the kids had a great time playing in the snow!! I'm glad Eli is enjoying the winter coat we gave hime- it fits him perfectly!
