Yesterday, we spent the afternoon on the Whitmire farm. The first chicken house had new baby chicks in it. We watched the other three houses get filled with baby chicks. Baby chicks were everywhere! Pops and C-C took us to Uncle Ralph and Aunt Mot's farm to watch all of the fun. Ashlynn enjoyed holding the baby chicks. Eli was captivated with watching the chicks run around. But, I think Eli enjoyed playing in the rocks more than playing with the chicks. We all were tired and hot when it was over, but we have some really fun memories to enjoy!!! Thanks Ralph and Mot for letting us enjoy this special day!

Mmmmm...chicken and dumplings, fried chicken, chicken salad, chicken catchatori, chicken noodle soup, chicken duvan.....
....and that's about all I know about chickens!!!
